Interested community members from 16 years of age on up, or as families, can become part of this year's festivities by helping at various events. Some of the volunteer positions available are working at venue information booths, safety personnel at the Freedom Run activities, Grand Parade, Stadium of Fire or Arts Fest, giant helium-filled balloon handlers during the Grand Parade and many other exciting activities throughout the Festival. Utah Valley Marathon, Half Marathon and 5K - The Utah Valley Marathon is seeking volunteers for expo/registration, course setup, course marshall, reserves, starting area, aid stations, clean-up and finish line.
