(December 22) -- The Utah County Health Department will take individuals for walk-in H1N1 vaccination today, Tuesday Dec 22nd, from 12:45 to 3:30 pm. No appointments are necessary during that period only. If you have an appointment, please come in and you will be given priority if there is a wait.
Receive your first or second dose (for those through age 9, Click here for details. There is no cost for the H1N1 vaccine, and vaccination is open to anyone who wants one.
Appointments are also now being scheduled for December 29th. Appointments can be made by clicking the "schedule now" button below. Anyone who wishes to receive a vaccination can now receive one.
You can also speed the process up by printing an Encounter Sheet from the link below, and having it filled out before you arrive for your vaccination. Everyone seeking vaccination will need to have the Encounter Sheet completed.
Seasonal flu vaccine is also available, no appointment needed. Seasonal flu vaccine is $23 if paid at the time of service, or we take selected health insurance plans as well as Medicare and Medicaid. See www.UtahCountyHealth.org/FluShot for details.
All vaccine will be given at the Health and Justice Building at 151 South University Ave in Provo.
