The Utah County Children's Justice Center is gearing up for Spring Mentor Training. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children who are victims of abuse.
If you, or someone you know, are: at least 18, willing to attend a 34-hour training session, able to pass a background check, own or have access to a vehicle, and are able to make a six month commitment to work with a child -- then we'd love to have you volunteer!
Spring Mentor Training will be held on the following dates (must be able to attend all six sessions):
Monday, May 2 (5-9 pm)
Wednesday, May 4 (5-9 pm)
Saturday, May 7 (8 am-5 pm with lunch provided)
Monday, May 9 (5-9 pm)
Wednesday, May 11 (5-9 pm)
Saturday, May 14 (8 am-5 pm with lunch provided)
If you are interested in being a part of our Spring Mentor Training, please contact us (information below). If you are interested, but not able to participate this time, let us know and we'll keep you informed about our September Mentor Training. Please feel free to share this volunteer opportunity with your interested friends, family, neighbors, or religious congregation members.
