Learn to be a skillful self-manager of your Diabetes. The Utah County Health Department will offer a free Diabetes Self-Management class will be held on Tuesdays starting January 27 through March 3 from 10 a.m. to noon in American Fork (599 South 500 East). This class focuses specifically on the special challenges diabetes can present, and offers suggestions and techniques to manage this condition.
