Six week course, Fridays starting March 1, 2013
PROVO, UTAH (April 14, 2013) -- "I've tried everything and nothing works!" Does this sound familiar to you? If it does, then come try one more thing. The Utah County Health Department (UCHD) is offering a free, six week class where individuals will learn about the ten principles of Intuitive Eating. Based on the book by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, intuitive eating is an approach that teaches you how to create a healthy relationship with your food, mind, and body.
Class will start Friday, March 1st and run each Friday through April 5th. Classes are from 5:30 to 7 p.m., and will take place at the Utah County Health Department North County office (599 S 500 E, American Fork).
