Utah County Parks General Information **Please be aware that prices and reservable areas have recently been changed. Contact the Parks Reservation line for more information at (801) 851-8640. Park reservations are managed by the Utah County Public Works department. Please call (801) 851-8640 for information and reservations. Refund / Cancellation Policy Reservations must be canceled 30 days prior to the event for a full refund. Refunds are not given for bugs, bad weather, disruptive neighboring campers, or things beyond the control of Utah County. Refunds for canceled reservations that were originally paid with a credit card will be refunded to that credit card. If the reservation was paid by check or any other method, a refund check will be issued and mailed to the address on file within four to six weeks. Please note that groups that have misrepresented themselves will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. ACH Notice When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
