Obtaining authorization to use Utah County facilities or properties.

In accordance with Utah County Code Article 13-8: "Use of County Roads and County Property"
- An EVENT PERMIT is required in order to, "maintain, promote, conduct, advertise, sponsor, organize, manage, or operate any event which goes upon, over, or crosses any County road or County property".
- An EVENT PERMIT APPLICATION must be submitted to the Utah County Public Works Department at least thirty (30) days prior to such event.
- The EVENT PERMIT must be obtained at least one week prior to the date of the event.
