Payment Options You have the option of paying by check, cash, credit or debit cards. If you would like to pay by credit card, please review our credit card policy below. You can pay in person at the Health & Justice Building, Suite 3300 with cash, check, credit or debit card. (Payment Counter open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. No payment accepted after 4:30 pm.) You may also call the court and pay over the phone with credit or debit card. The phone number is (801) 851-7200 (option 4). If you would like to mail your payment, please send it to the following address: Utah County Justice Court 151 South University Avenue, Suite 3300 Provo, Utah 84601 (801) 851-7200 The Court business hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, monday through friday. (Closed on holidays.) Payment Counter open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday- Friday. (Closed on Holidays). There is an After Hours Payment Drop Box located on the East side of the Health & Justice Building, just outside the center doors. Payments received in the drop box will be credited the next business day. Note: Failure to make your fine payment as ordered by the Court can result in additional penalties being imposed. Please include your case number with each payment to make sure that your payment gets credited to the right account. If you have more than one case number, include each case number. ******************************************************************************************************************* UTAH COUNTY JUSTICE COURT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY: We will NOT accept a Credit Card Payment ( by phone) if you have a valid Warrant for your Arrest. You are required to appear in person with a picture ID and you must sign the Credit Card Receipt. If you are paying with a credit card (over the phone) for someone other than yourself you will need to print the Credit Card Authorization Form and fill it out completely and accurately. Your signature must match the name on the card. This form can be mailed or faxed to our office along with a picture ID (photo copy) of the credit card holder. Upon receiving this signed authorization form and copy of picture ID your credit card payment will be processed. (You will receive credit for payment unless the transaction/card is declined). ( You may contact us at (801) 851-7200 for payment verification ). If you would like to use the above Credit Card Authorization Form for monthly payments you may do so. However, you must fill out this form each time you make a payment. Your credit card transaction will be processed by 5:00 PM the day it is received. (It is your responsibility to make sure your payment has been processed.)
