Utah County Fair Patch Requirements for Ages 11 and up   Do the following three (3) activities: _______ 1. Investigate the history of the Utah County Fair. You can find out when the first fair was, where it was, how many people attended, etc. You can also find out what the original purpose of a county fair was and tell how you think it has changed since it started. _______ 2. Attend the Utah County Fair with your troop or your family. _______ 3. Choose four (4) first place items and/or animals and explain to one of your parents, or your leader, why you think each one won first place. Choose four (4) of the following activities: _______ 1. Wear your Uniform! _______ 2. Enter an item of your own in the Fair. _______ 3. Identify five (5) items exhibited at the Fair. _______ 4. Identify five (5) different types of animals at the Fair. _______ 5. Identify five (5) different kinds of plants in the Horticulture exhibits. _______ 6. Pick up litter as you go around the Fairgrounds. _______ 7. Attend a musical performance at the Fair.
