The Utah County Planning Commission meets the third tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm in Suite 1400 of the Utah County Administration Building located at 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah.

A resolution adopting the Utah County Planning Commission's annual meeting schedule for the calendar year 2013:

Whereas, any public body which holds regular meetings that are scheduled in advance over the course of a year shall give public notice at least once each year of its annual meeting schedule, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 52-4-202; and

Whereas, the public notice shall specify the date, time, and place of such meetings, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 52-4-202; and

Whereas, to provide consistency and public notice to the citizens of Utah County the Utah County Planning Commission must adopt an annual meeting schedule for the calendar year 2013; and

Whereas, the Utah County Planning Commission finds, for the above stated reasons, that it is prudent and necessary that an annual meeting schedule for the calendar year 2013 be adopted.

Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Utah County Planning Commission does hereby adopt the following annual meeting schedule for the calendar year 2013:

1. Unless otherwise noticed and published, the regular meetings of the Utah County Planning Commission for the calendar year 2013 shall be held on the following dates:
   
   

   January 15	May 21	September 17
   February 19	June 18	October 15
   March 19	July 16	November 19
   April 16	August 20	December 17



2. Unless otherwise noticed and published, the regular meetings of the Utah County Planning Commission for the calendar year 2013 shall be held at 5:30 pm.


3. Unless otherwise noticed and published, the regular meetings of the Utah County Planning Commission for the calendar year 2013 shall be held in the Utah County Commission Chambers at the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Suite 1400, Provo, Utah 84606.


4. The Secretary to the Utah County Planning Commission shall provide public notice of the Utah County Planning Commission's annual meeting schedule pursuant to the requirements of U.C.A. 52-4-202
