Search Warrant and Affidavit (General): *coming soon* Search Warrant and Affidavit (Blood Draw): Template for Blood Draw Warrant                                                                               Template for Blood Draw Warrant in Word Arrest Warrant and Affidavit: *coming soon* Investigative Subpoena Documents: *coming soon* Forfeitures: This office supports the forfeiture of contraband and its proceeds.  Our general policy is that we will support the forfeiture of guns used in the commission of an offense, cash in excess of $100, other personal property of a fair market value of over $500, or equity in vehicles of over $1000.  However, we will only support these forfeitures where: (a) the property owner is the defendant, (b) the case officer timely serves notice of the forfeiture on the defendant, (c) we timely receive the case from the case officer, and (d) we are able to timely file the case.
