Employment Opportunities All job openings for attorneys, investigators and legal assistants are posted at the website of the Utah County Personnel Department:  Job Announcements If you are a law student looking for clerkship or internship, we have periodic openings for paid clerks and frequent openings for "credit only" internships.  We generally hire only second and third year students.  If you are interested in a paid clerkship, please send your resume to Ms. Nancy Newton at our offices.  We will keep your resume on file until we have an opening.  If you are interested in a "credit only" internship, please call Ms. Newton at (801)851-8026 and she can direct you to the person coordinating our internships. If you are an undergraduate student, we have found it difficult to keep undergraduate students gainfully employed. When we do accept undergraduate students, it is with the understanding that it is for "credit only" and that approximately 50% of their time will be spent assisting with secretarial type duties and 50% will be spent observing in court.
